Food and Beverage Server (Assistant Server)

• Prepare dining areas by cleaning and setting tables to brand standards. 

• Clear dishes discreetly and efficiently while guests are seated. 

• Deposit dishware in appropriate areas and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift. 

• Assist in food and beverage delivery, buffet setup, and replenishment. 

• Maintain product knowledge of food, wine, and beverage menus. 

• Stock and clean bus stations; sweep floors using provided tools. 

• Attend all required training sessions and consistently follow Forbes/AAA service standards. 

• Support team members with additional restaurant duties as needed. 

• Performs other duties and attends meetings, as assigned by hotel/department leadership.

Education & Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a similar or supporting hospitality role preferred. 

• Food Handler Certification (as applicable). 

• Willingness to learn POS systems and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

• Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about guest service. 

• Ability to read, write and converse in English. Additional languages are a plus. 

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
