We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the resort located in Beldersoy side, 1.5 hour drive from Tashkent city, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the company's financial health, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making processes. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the team's success. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives. The Finance Controller will also be responsible for managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as a proven track record of managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment. You should be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills. A CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable, along with experience in financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities 

  • Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
  • Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors.
  • Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
  • Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms' performance.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities.
  • Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead the budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
  • Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved.
  • Monitor banking activities of the organization.
  • Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for financial matters with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Proven experience as a financial controller, accounting supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis.
