We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Director to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction across all dining and beverage outlets of our resort, which is located in Beldersoy, 1,5 hour far from Tashkent city center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Food and Beverage Director, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and developing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the executive chef, event coordinators, and other department heads to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency. Key to your success will be your ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, implement effective training programs, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. You will also be expected to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
