We are looking for a Training & Development Manager with experience in 5 star hotels to lead our organization's learning and development strategy. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, designing effective training programs, and ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively. The Training & Development Manager will collaborate with department heads and HR to align training initiatives with business goals and performance objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and performance management. They should be able to assess organizational needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. The Training & Development Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of trainers and coordinating external training providers when necessary. Key responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating annual training plans, developing e-learning modules, organizing workshops, and maintaining training records. The Training & Development Manager will also monitor training budgets and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
