We are looking for an Assistant to the General Manager to provide high-level administrative and organizational support. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the General Manager’s office, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
The Assistant to the General Manager will act as a key point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They should be proactive, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the General Manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings and business trips, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating correspondence, and supporting the organization of meetings and negotiations. The Assistant will also monitor the execution of the General Manager’s directives, assist with internal communication, and help prepare analytical and reference materials.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in business etiquette and correspondence. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving ability, and readiness for business travel when required.

Planning the manager’s workday;
Receiving the manager’s visitors;
Conducting business correspondence;
Organizing meetings and negotiations;
Arranging business trips and travel;
Preparing analytical and reference materials, as well as presentations;
Performing written and oral translations;
Monitoring the execution of the manager’s assignments.
Requirements:
Higher education;
Work experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of the rules for conducting business negotiations, business correspondence, and business etiquette;
Willingness to travel on business trips.
Languages: proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek will be considered an advantage.
