Hotel Houseperson

The Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is looking to fill housekeeping department positions.

The Houseperson is a key part of our Housekeeping team, assuring public space cleanliness is maintained to the highest level and assisting the team with supportive tasks. 

Duties include:

• Clean and maintain areas of the hotel as assigned, including but not limited to lobby, public restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, fitness rooms, and guest kitchen. 
• Provide support to all housekeeping team members
• Strip linens and assist the laundry attendants as assigned
• Restock supplies
• Perform minor maintenance as directed
• Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

Housekeeping Hosts contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.
