The ideal candidate for this position

The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, and enjoys problem-solving. While we welcome anyone with a hospitality background, previous experience in a hotel environment is highly favored. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a high standard of service while managing the various technical and social aspects of the guest experience.

What you will be doing

• Delivering exceptional guest service, resolving conflicts, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Performing check-in and check-out transactions utilizing computer systems and precise cash handling skills.

• Providing service at the bar for espresso and alcoholic beverages, as well as assisting with food preparation in the kitchen.

• Setting up and servicing meeting spaces as needed to support property events.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required; previous hotel experience is preferred.

• Must have the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Requires a strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with constant guest interaction.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
