Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and the Front Office team at Hyatt Vacation Club, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities, efficient information management, and the delivery of exceptional guest service, in alignment with the brand’s quality and hospitality standards to create memorable experiences.

Education:
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
Technical Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel systems/reservations; teamwork; adaptability and flexibility; commitment; integrity; and strong communication skills.
Experience: Minimun of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Additional Languages:
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to maintain conversations with guests in a service-oriented context.
