We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Prep to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the consistent quality and timely preparation of food items, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines diligently

- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient order completion

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a prep cook or in a similar culinary role

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude

- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
