Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to drive revenue and manage guest relationships at our Hyatt Place RDU Airport location. You will be responsible for identifying new business leads, managing group bookings, and ensuring our guests receive the world-class service Hyatt is known for.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively scout and secure new corporate and group accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless stays.
• Analyze local market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Directly assist with selling and detailing our 825 sq. ft. meeting space, for corporate meetings or social events.
• Coordinate all aspects of group bookings and meeting space logistics, including room blocks & Banquet Event Orders

Qualification:

• Experience: Proven background in hotel sales or hospitality operations.
• Hyatt Advantage: Prior experience with the Hyatt brand is a major plus!
• Software Skills: Familiarity with Envision and Opera property management/sales software is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and professional correspondence skills.
