Golf & Ski Superintendent

Everline Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Golf & Ski Superintendent to lead year-round outdoor operations in a premier mountain resort setting. This role oversees golf course maintenance during the summer season and ski rental, tuning, and snow operations during winter, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all seasons.

Located in California’s Olympic Valley with ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, Everline Resort & Spa offers a luxury mountain lifestyle with championship golf, winter sports, spa amenities, dining, and year-round recreation.

• Oversee golf course conditions, turf management, irrigation, landscaping, and special projects
• Manage operating and capital budgets, equipment inventory, and regulatory compliance
• Lead snow removal operations and coordinate snowmaking activities with Palisades Tahoe
• Supervise golf maintenance, ski rental, and tuning teams; manage staffing and performance
• Oversee ski and snowboard rental operations, equipment tuning, safety checks, and inventory
• Ensure safety programs, training standards, and quality control across all operations
• Collaborate with Engineering, Guest Services, and external contractors

• Degree in Turf Management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a superintendent or similar leadership role
• Strong turf, irrigation, equipment, and snow operations knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate snow removal equipment
• Pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to work outdoors in varying and extreme weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
