• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Job Summary: At Everline Resort & Spa, we are seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals for the roles of Cook I, Cook II, and Cook III. Each role contributes to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests in the serene and beautiful setting of Lake Tahoe. Depending on experience and position level, your responsibilities will vary, but all cooks work together to create innovative, high-quality dishes under the guidance of our Executive Chef.

• Golf Course Foreman / Irrigation Technician - Seasonal (Recreation/Entertainment)

  We are looking for an experienced and reliable Golf Course Foreman/Irrigation Technician to oversee the day-to-day operations of our golf course maintenance team and manage irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, expertise in irrigation technology, and an in-depth understanding of golf course turf management. This individual will ensure the golf course is in top condition, with special focus on efficient irrigation practices, turf health, and team management.

• Food and Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  As the supervisor at the resort restaurants, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight. With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests. 

• Banquet Set Up (Catering/Banquet)

• Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

CoralTree is seeking a Director of Finance to join our team at Everline Resort & Spa, nestled in the breathtaking Lake Tahoe region. Just 40 minutes from Reno, NV, our resort offers a true mountain-town lifestyle with world-class skiing, hiking, and outdoor adventures right outside your door (and of course, a free ski pass!). As the Director of Finance, you'll provide daily management of the accounting department, including payroll, income audit, accounts payable, and general ledger. You'll be responsible for reconciling and maintaining the integrity of the general ledger. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of accurate and timely financial reporting, including cash flow, and routinely provide financial support and analysis to leadership across the resort.

• Exectuive Meetings Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Executive Meetings Manager is responsible for generating conference business from a national market, maximization of sales, development of potential markets and sound administration of assigned responsibilities through business evaluation and personal attention to detail. You will be an integral member of the team that actively solicits and handles inquiries of groups.  You will participate in the continuing effort to deliver distinctively different guest experiences and nurture lasting relationships with our customers with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of optimum sales objectives. You will have a sales goal to achieve each quarter.

• National Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The National Sales Manager role is responsible for generating group business from a national market.  The primary objective is to maximize revenue generation and market penetration from within the geographic territory.  This includes, but is not limited to the nurturing of existing good accounts and feeder markets, developing known high potential markets and the identification of emerging sources of business. This position serves as a Resort product expert to the group meetings industry and is also responsible for serving as a positive and knowledgeable advocate of the entire CoralTree portfolio. The position requires a thorough understanding of direct sales, account management, and the distribution channels related to group room sales. Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, manage administrative expectations and be flexible and adaptable to differing situations.  Due to the intensity of interaction, excellent inter-personal skills are a must.

• Food Runner / Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for working with the expo to assure prompt delivery of the food that is ready in the “hot” and “cold” windows in the kitchen. The Food Runner/Busser is responsible for delivery to the tables in the Food and Beverage Outlet. The Food Runner/Busser and expo work both together and independently to assure that every plate looks correct and to deliver hot/cold food in a timely manner to the guests in all outlets. The Food Runner/Busser together with the service staff is responsible for bringing any additional items the guests need to complete their meal.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas. This position is fully committed to ensuring that all procedures are performed to the department and company standards and serve as an ambassador for the hotel.

• Spa Attendant (Spa)

  As a Spa Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the spa, pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and locker rooms.

• Event Planning Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for the management of all aspects of Catering Event and Conference Planning in accordance with Hotel standards. Coordinates details and menus for clients' functions and maintains budgeted revenues through solicitation of business while controlling expenditures.  Primary role will be servicing catering and group events.  

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team at Everline Spa & Resort.  You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. A massage therapist provides a variety of touch modalities for our guests as listed in the Spa Menu which include massage and body treatments. Using outstanding guest service the massage therapist will also suggest products and services to meet the individual needs of each guest.

• Concierge (Guest Services)

  Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a Concierge to join our team at Everline Spa & Resort.  This role will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly greet guests and assist them with their travel itinerary, reservations, and overall guest experience details. The Concierge will be able to promote hotel services and amenities to the guests, and connect the guest to local and authentic experiences in the community.

• Maintenance Associate (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Be a part of our expanding Everline Resort & Spa team. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for working in a team environment to ensure the overall upkeep and eye appeal of all Everline Resorts pool & spas and grounds. They will use a variety of tools, machines and other necessary materials to provide maintenance to the grounds and the resorts pool, hot tub, and water feature facilities. The Maintenance Tech will strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times and for exemplifying the Everline Resort Culture as well as promoting Everline Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice! There are swing shifts, overnight shifts, and day shifts available!

• PBX Operator (Guest Services)

  You will warmly and enthusiastically greet all incoming calls and assist callers with answers to their questions and ensure their calls are forwarded to their desired location. You are also an integral member of the team that handles emergency situations by acting as the communication center and dispatcher for the emergency response team.
