Overview
The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned group business after it is booked by the sales department, through to the completion of the event or function, while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels. The employee is expected to market ideas to promote business;, reduce employee turnover;, maintain revenue, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. The Executive Meeting Manager is also responsible for acting as a liaison between the client and operating departments to ensure a successful meeting and to generate repeat business. Responsible for selling small evens and group (pop ups).
