Responsable del mantenimiento preventivo de las habitaciones y mobiliario según área y programa del hotel.
I.Funciones Esenciales- Participa en los programas de mantenimiento preventivo de cuartos.
- Atender quejas y solicitudes de huéspedes en las habitaciones.
- Reportar a la recepción cuando la reparación requiere mucho tiempo.
- Sugiere a la recepción el cambio de cuarto de algún huésped si es necesario.
- Lleva control diario, semanal y mensual de reparaciones en cuartos.
- Hace reparaciones de electricidad.
- Hace reparaciones de fontanería y plomería.
- Resanes y pintura en las áreas del hotel y habitaciones.
- Revisión de aires acondicionados.
- Mantenimiento en general.
