We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team! As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Specific requirements include the ability to effectively communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner, the ability to meet/exceed client needs, and resolve complaints. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:

  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel or resort operations and sales processes
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from potential clients about meeting spaces, accommodations, and event bookings, providing information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining pricing, services, and terms to secure bookings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, providing personalized service that addresses any concerns or requests.
  • Maintain client databases and records, tracking interactions, bookings, and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate sales efforts, leverage resources, and maximize revenue-generating opportunities for the hotel.
  • Create and manage gift certificates
