We seek an exceptional Holistic Health & Wellness Healer to craft transformative experiences and lead soul, spirit, and consciousness alignment journeys at Elysium Spa, an 30,000-square-foot sanctuary of indulgence.

What We Offer / What You Will Experience:
  • Weekly Wellness Programming: Design, structure, and continually update our weekly schedule of transformative wellness activities tailored to guest profiles and seasonal intentions.
  • Holistic & Consciousness Practices: Lead private and group sessions in Yoga, guided meditation, Pranayama breathwork, Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremonies, energetic alignment, and inner-connection rituals.
  • Therapeutic & Energetic Care: Provide personalized Reiki sessions, holistic massages, and therapeutic body treatments in an inclusive, confidential, and safe environment.
  • Wellness Retreat Management: Design, curate, and host multi-day wellness retreats, guiding guest groups and coordinating guest facilitators to deliver seamless execution.
  • Sanctuary & Operational Excellence: Oversee serene wellness spaces (shala, spa, outdoor areas), ensuring pristine setups (audio tuning, mats, singing bowls, essential oils, lighting, and infusions) prior to guest arrivals.
What We Are Looking For in the Candidate:
  • Certifications:
    • Accredited Yoga Teacher Certification (minimum RYT 200h).
    • Verifiable training/certification in Energetic Therapies (Reiki) and Sound Healing.
    • Professional degree or certification in Massotherapy, Body Therapy, or Holistic Therapeutics.
    • Formal training in facilitating meditation, ceremonies, and consciousness expansion practices.
  • Experience: Proven history facilitating workshops, ceremonies, retreats, and private/group sessions in luxury hospitality, luxury resorts, or wellness retreat centers.
  • Key Skills & Attributes:
    • Strict punctuality, discipline, and operational responsibility (arriving 15–20 minutes prior to every session).
    • High emotional intelligence, warmth, empathy, and exceptional group leadership skills.
    • Strong organizational skills to curate dynamic weekly programs and multi-day retreats.
