As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key member of our skilled TEAM, performing general repairs, HVAC maintenance, and daily preventative maintenance throughout the hotel and guest rooms.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.

• Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.

• Respond to work orders and guest room service calls in a timely manner.

• Maintain the building exterior and overall property.

• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.

• Prior maintenance experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred, but we’re willing to train the right hospitality professional.

• Brand experience preferred.

• Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems.

• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.

• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50–100 lbs.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to work independently.

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
