Night Auditor – Overnight Front Desk

Hyatt House Pleasant Hill is looking for a reliable, professional, and guest-focused Night Auditor to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, remains calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent service throughout the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and handle overnight check-ins and check-outs

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests

• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily hotel transactions

• Review reservations, payments, postings, and guest accounts for accuracy

• Prepare required reports for hotel management

• Answer telephone calls and assist with overnight reservations

• Monitor the property and promptly report safety, security, or maintenance concerns

• Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest-facing areas organized and presentable

• Communicate important overnight activity to the morning team

• Follow Hyatt standards and hotel policies at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and consistently punctual

• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours

• Friendly, professional, and confident when assisting guests

• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills

• Able to handle difficult situations calmly and use good judgment

• Previous hotel, front desk, customer service, or night audit experience is preferred

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
