At Hyatt Place Atlanta/Downtown, we’re looking for two friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time PM Gallery Hosts to help create exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave—and especially during breakfast, the most important meal of the day!

About the Role:

As a Gallery Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of Hyatt Place. In this versatile role, you’ll provide front desk service, assist with food service and ensure our guests feel right at home. Each morning, you’ll help prepare and restock our breakfast area, greet guests with warmth, and make sure everything is clean, organized, and running smoothly.

You’ll also support the front desk operations and may assist with our shuttle service and other guest needs as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hospitality First: Deliver exceptional service during check-in, throughout the guest stay, and during check-out.

• Food service support:

  • Taking order and making small bites foods. 

  • Tips are yours to keep

  • Engage with guests, provide assistance, and ensure a clean, inviting space

• Front Desk Operations:

  • Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments (cash & credit)

  • Help with deposits, making sure all reservations are routed properly.

  • Operate hotel systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Guest Engagement:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs

  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

  • Support training for new team members

• Safety & Standards:

  • Adhere to Hyatt’s safety procedures and operational standards
    
    

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous front desk, food & beverage, or customer service experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong multitasking abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure

• Comfortable with basic computer systems and handling payments

• A positive, team-first attitude and passion for hospitality

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and guest privacy

• Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
