Responsibilities
As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll be the lifeblood of our front office operations, ensuring everything in our bustling hotel runs smoothly. Your days will be filled with interesting challenges, from guiding our team, mastering inter-departmental communications, and ensuring staff accountability to responding swiftly and cheerfully to guest requests or complaints. Your main goal? Guarantee our guests' satisfaction every time.

Qualifications
What will it take to nail this role? Well, a combination of diverse interaction skills, service-oriented style, and professional presentation. A front-office leadership experience of 1 or more years and familiarity with the hotel/hospitality industry will give you an edge. Proficiency in English, Microsoft Word, and Excel, combined with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, is necessary.
