We are looking for associates and leaders that have a passion to serve others! With oversight of Assistant General Manager this position oversees Front Desk, Night Audit and Hbar (small lobby bar). Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team, focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive, and caring will make all the difference. Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Proficient in PMS System.
Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations room rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
Take reservation requests efficiently.
Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.
Block rooms and handles special requests.
Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.
Handle deposits by guests per established procedures.
Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
Keep team focused on track with Hyatt initiatives. Includes but not limited to Hyatt Service Training, World of Hyatt Enrollments, GSS, upsell program, PMS training.
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures. Complete Person in Charge training and assist with coverage as needed.
With assistance of AGM, oversee Front Desk, HBar and Night Audit team. Includes but not limited to training, shift coverage, policies and service delivery.
Maintain Inventory for Supplies and Market items
Assist with Month End tasks including but not limited to inventory, ordering, accounting.
Assist with minor accounting duties. Invoice Entry, review night audit packets, clear ledgers, take deposits.
Inventory and Order supplies for Front Desk Operation and Market. Assist AGM with inventory of bar and ordering of alcohol.
Oversee bar duties with oversight of AGM.
Review pre-arrival dashboard and prepare billing and routing for arrivals.
Conduct interviews for Front Desk, Hbar and Night Audit positions with AGM.
Adhere to all local requirements and brand standards.
Train and cover bartending as needed at HBar.
Starting Wage: $19-$21 based on experience
Fully Flexible Schedule Required. Including nights, weekends and holidays.
