Patrols all areas of the property; assists owner/guests with room access. Monitors Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Locks property entrances when required. Conducts daily physical hazard inspections. Responds to accidents, contacts EMS or administers first aid/CPR as required. Assists owner/guests/associates during emergency situations. Notifies appropriate individuals in the event of accidents, attacks, or other incidents. Defuses owner/guest/associate disturbances. Calls for outside assistance if necessary. Completes incident reports to document all Loss Prevention related incidents. Handles all interruptions and complaints. Resolves safety hazard situations. Escorts any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Reports to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Calls for assistance using proper code responses. Completes a Loss Prevention shift summary/daily activity report. Maintains confidentiality of all Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases information only to authorized individuals. Conducts investigations and gathers evidence. Conducts interviews with relevant parties.
Shapes and executes an overall sales strategy. Communicates this strategy to the sales team and other business units. Coordinates with marketing management in order to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies. Responds to the needs of the sales force by providing necessary resources, offering incentives, and resolving conflicts. Participates in the performance management, coaching, recruiting, and selection of the sales workforce, and develops compensation plans that will maximize productivity. Oversees the customer sales experience and proactively responds to customer concerns.
Responsible for staffing and training for Activities and Concierge Departments. Ensures staff is knowledgeable regarding property facilities and daily events.
Advise Sales team on issues related to ownership contracts (e.g., titles, financing, pre-approval). Process contracts accurately by entering information into appropriate system. Ensure that signed contract paperwork is accurate and complete. Identify available inventory based on potential owners' needs and preferences (view, season, first-year occupancy). Respond to Sales team requests related to contract status, such as additional information required, follow-up needed, or tracking. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). Prepare reports as requested by Sales managers. Perform general office duties (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying).
As a member of the professional staff, contributes a high level of specialized knowledge and skill in a discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Resort Operations, Sales & Marketing) area to support department and/or function objectives. Generally, works with considerable independence, developing operating plans and related operational processes for own department in alignment with broader business objectives. Responsible for selection, supervision, and development of staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
