Our Hotel

Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis offers 303 stylish guestrooms and suites designed for relaxation and convenience. Located on the Blue Line Light Rail at Bloomington Central Station, 2 stops from the Mall of America and MSP Airport. Providing ideal accommodations for travelers visiting MN for either business or pleasure. Regency Club Rooms include complimentary refreshments in the Lounge. Job Duties And Responsibilities

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition

Stock supplies, such as dishware, glassware, pots, pans, skillets, utensils or food

Wash all pots, pans, kettles, and skillets as needed

Monitor trash levels and remove when needed. Sort and remove trash

Provide assistance to kitchen personnel during set-up, clean-up, plate-up and breakdown

Sweep and mop kitchen, dish room, and coolers

Maintain back dock area, sweeping, mopping, cleaning

Keep cook stations well stocked with equipment they may need

Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas

Perform various other duties as assigned 

Education And Experience

Minimum of High School education preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

People person who loves to be part of a team and operating in a fast pace environment

Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds

Standing up and moving about the kitchen for long periods

Handling food, objects, products and utensils safely

Bending, stooping, kneeling

Open to learning new skills and abilities, training will be provided

Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
