Provides guidance and leadership to the Food and Beverage Division, and Rooms Division, ensuring consistent compliance to Hotel and CHC policies and quality customer service while maximizing departmental profits.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from College or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities with a minimum of 4 years hotel management experience of Department Head or above. High School Diploma required.
Manage all Restaurant, Banquets, Lounge, Room Service, Culinary, Audio Visual, Catering, Front Office, Maintenance and Housekeeping operations.
Develop and manage all operating budgets.
Develop and Manage Capital Expenditure Budgets.
Manage P&L Statements for all departments
Manage, if applicable, all gift shops, health clubs or security departments.
Manage and develop all F&B related associates.
Manage and develop all rooms related Associates.
Work with management team to create and implement the business plan
Communicate effectively both verbally & in writing to provide clear direction to the staff.
Field Guest Complaints and prepare written correspondence.
Work closely with the General Manager in establishing and monitoring policies and guidelines in the day to day operation
Market the Food and Beverage Outlets and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays and decorations.
Handle all emergency situations calmly ensuring the safety of the guests and associates.

Maintain open communication between associates and management and monitor associate relations.
Attend and participate in all Department and General Meetings.

Surveys and performs daily property inspections to identify areas needed of improvement.
