Overview:  A Kolter Hospitality Hotel Worker delivers excellent service and facilitates a positive guest experience throughout all departments within the hotel. This position will require adaptability as they are expected to assist in any operational assistance the hotel might need.

***This is a temporary position. It will require 40-hour work weeks for 8-10 week***

Performance Expectations:

• Ability and willingness to work in different areas of the hotel. These areas might include:
  • Housekeeping
    • Maintain overall cleanliness of the hotel including common areas and guest rooms
  • Food and Beverage
    • Take down orders, pre-bus tables, prepare and serve food and drinks, and process/collect payments
  • Banquet Staff
    • Assist with event setup/breakdown, remain vigilant at assigned stations, and ensure overall guest satisfaction is met
  • Landscaper
    • Ensure the exterior of the hotel is well maintained. This includes maintenance of the hotels structure and any additional landscaping projects
  • Project Admin
    • Able to assist administration in general projects such as organizing folders, condensing reports, and other clerical duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism throughout the work day in any area that has been assigned
• Deliver helpful and friendly customer service to each guest
• Additional projects may be assigned
