Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Laborer delivers service excellence by maintaining the interior and exterior areas of the hotel in good condition. This position is responsible for the deep cleaning, painting, landscaping, and maintenance of the building as required.

Able to work most weekends and holidays.
Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Experience: Previous experience with deep cleaning, painting, and/or landscaping preferred.
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling (minimum 35lbs)
