Pool Attendants are responsible for creating an iconic guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck area and surrounding areas, distribution and retrieval of towels and ensuring a safe environment around the pool while working within a team environment or individually. Pool Attendants are expected to know resort amenities and interact with guests at every opportunity.
Pool Attendants must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.
Pool Attendants should have previous cleaning experience as well as the ability to communicate well both written and verbally. A desire to satisfy the needs of our guests in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule is a must in this position as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.
