Position Summary: The cook is responsible for preparing quality food in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with proper food handling techniques.

Education: No formal education required.
Experience: At least one (1) year of cooking experience.
Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of knife skills, sanitation, and cooking methods.
Knowledge of sanitation codes concerning food storage and cross contamination. Knowledge of proper cooking methods.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to provide guest service with a smile
Hours Required: Scheduled days and times vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends.
