The cook position will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and must have the ability to exercise a high degree of expertise, initiative and independent decision-making to insure customer satisfaction. This position must maintain and exceed the standards set forth by the Corporation in food and beverage operations and kitchen functions including completion of all food preparation. Must also provide proper maintenance for the kitchen daily: cleaning, washing of dishes, and putting stock away in correct location.
Responsible for guest registration process and communication of resort services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
The Lead Water Features is responsible for maintaining the overall operation of the pool attractions. The Lead Water Features must be able to work independently, as well as, with others. Responsibilities may include: maintaining the exterior of the pools, pump rooms, and common areas, maintaining all equipment. The Lead Water Features will need to lead a team up to three associates, to conduct normal daily business activities as well as preventive maintenance.
At Hyatt Residence Club, the Engineer Manager is a leadership role that’s responsible for managing, developing and the overall operations of the maintenance department at the resort. Also responsible for managing the maintenance department staff members.
As an OPC/Marketing Associate, your primary responsibility will be to book qualified guests to attend a sales presentation in our sales center at Wild Oak Ranch.
At Hyatt Residence Club, the Retail Clerk is responsible from providing a high level of customer service to resort guest at the on-site Starbucks location within the resort.
The Sales Manager primarily manages and directs the sales team of at least three or more full-time employees through coaching, training, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices. The Sales Team Manager is also responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
At Hyatt Residence Club, our Sales Executives are performance-driven individuals that are responsible for conducting 90-minute resort tours with qualified leads. Sales Executives must quickly build customer rapport and develop a customized vacation ownership package for potential vacation ownership owners by utilized information collected during the tour.
At Hyatt Residence Club, the Food and Beverage Supervisr provides a high level of leadership by assisting in the management, development and oversight of the food and beverage operations and staff at the resort.
