• Station Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

  Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

• House Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The House Attendant is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all assigned areas and equipment. He/she is also responsible for delivering items to guestrooms (express checkout, newspapers – property specific, etc.).

  Shampoo carpets in the public areas according to hotel standards.

• All Around Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The All Around/Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.

  Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently during the Restaurant and Room Service operating hours.

• Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel’s food production, while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products and service levels.

  Work with Executive Chef and other F&B managers and keep them informed of F&B issues as they arise.

• Assistant Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for providing consistent leadership in the financial area of the hotel by supplying the accounting staff with guidance and training.

  Assist Director of Finance in timely preparation of monthly financial statements for the property

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

  High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)
