• Restaurant Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Server is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlet as assigned and as well as providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

  Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests.

  High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.

• Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Restaurant Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of Restaurant operations, while maintaining a profitable Restaurant and high quality products and service levels.

  Education & Experience: • At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and 2 or more years of related experience. • Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.• Must supervise 2 or more employees.• Does not spend more than 50% of time performing outlet duties.

• All Around Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The All Around/Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the Restaurants, Room Service, Employee Cafeteria and Banquets, while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product.

  Complete necessary food and station preparation prior to the opening of the restaurant in order to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently during the Restaurant and Room Service operating hours.

• Station Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production for menu items and specials in the designated outlets in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

  Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.

• Cocktail Server - La Société (Food & Beverage)

  The Cocktail Server is expected to provide timely, courteous service with guest satisfaction as the primary goal.  They are responsible for promotion of specials and up selling.

  Welcome guests, take their drink orders relay order to bartender, process order, deliver order to guest and receive payment for order.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The On-Call Steward/Potwasher/Warewasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation.They are also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all sto
