Greet guests upon arrival and departure and park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
Perform protective and enforcement functions during the overnight shift in a friendly and courteous manner to maintain a safe and secure hotel environment.
Manage human resource functions for the hotel and its staff, including recruitment, training and development, benefit administration, and employee relations.
Assist in overseeing front office operations to include supervising front office personal in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
