The Operations Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation and food and beverage which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. The Operations Manager should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. Operations manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, cooking, bartending, steward, banquets, etc. and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Previous Hyatt experience and Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

As a Bartender you will be the maestro behind our spirited bar scene, enchanting guests with your expertise in mixology and providing a captivating social hub where memories are made. Flexible schedule required- Two outlets must be willing to work Rooftop bar or Lobby bar.
A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
