• Assistant General Manager (General Manager)

  The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the daily leadership and operational oversight and the hotel. In addition, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the following but not exclusive to all management responsibility for hotel operations including profitability, guest services, quality and maintenance of the property, revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction, development and retention. The Assistant General Manager is expected to meet and exceed all departmental financial responsibilities. Provide the highest level possible of guest relations and customer service. Responsible for organization, cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.

  The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for growing business in the corporate and local negotiated segments.  This individual will continue to further penetrate existing accounts as well as procure new business for their assigned hotel(s).  The Business Travel Sales Manager is also responsible for meeting assigned monthly sales goals.

• PM Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Maintain cleanliness standards of the Hotel in all areas of the Hotel. Effectively manage Housekeeping staff to accomplish daily tasks of the Housekeeping operation.Act as liaison between the operating departments of the Hotel; Front office, Engineering and Housekeeping.Understand operating goals of the hotel. Fulfill the Hotel Service Culture in daily activities and flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts
